Avery + Robert’s spring wedding at Grace Presbyterian Church and the Big Eddy Club in Columbus was such a sweet and special day, and I was honored to have photographed it!

The day was filled with love and intention – including many sentimental touches that paid tribute to Avery’s late father – a man that so many loved and adored. From the turkey feathers that adorned the bouquets, to the dear head that hung above the outdoor bar, each detail held a special meaning. Even the pops of color sprinkled throughout the decor gave a nod to her father’s alma mater of Auburn. My personal favorite touch was the pieces of his dress shirts that Avery and her mom had embroidered into their dresses. It was such a beautiful, intentional way to include him!

Avery and her bridesmaids began their day in Avery’s mother’s home – a truly stunning backdrop. They sipped champagne in matching robes before Avery slipped into her gown with the help of her sweet mom. 

Robert and his groomsmen got ready at his home, and rocked truly dapper white dinner jackets.

Their ceremony took place at Grace Presbyterian Church, a place that holds a special place for Avery’s family. Their little wedding attendants (roles played by their sweet nieces and nephews) could not have been cuter!

After Avery and Robert exchanged vows, it was off to the Big Eddy Club, that was stunningly decorated by Albright’s Florist and P. Hasting Design. From the large floral arch that greeted guests as they entered (also featuring some beautiful turkey feathers!) to the clear top tent with floral chandeliers that displayed their signature cocktails, the scenery was nothing short of breathtaking.

After hours of dancing and merriment, Avery + Robert departed through a tunnel of Auburn pom poms before heading to their honeymoon.
