This is exactly why I work hard to ensure that every photo-related thing on your wedding day is handled. I’ll work closely with you and your planner to create a detailed photography timeline so that you’re fully prepared and feel comfortable letting loose. There’s no wondering when your mom should be dressed and ready or when Uncle Joe needs to arrive for the family photos – it’s already taken care of.

My Process

Clients or their planner typically contact me via the form on my website to inquire about date availability. The more information, the better. I am always eager to hear about you, your fiance, and what you have planned.

Let’s make it official! I will send you a digital contract to review and sign, as well as an online invoice. A retainer fee of 50% is due at the time of booking, with the remainder of the balance due 30 days prior to your event.

Next, we will discuss the fun details — planning an engagement session in a place that is special to you both, and getting an opportunity to spend time together before the big day! Two to three months before your wedding date, I will send a detailed questionnaire to gather information needed to create a thorough photography timeline for the day. I will also provide a list of family groupings and note any special requests that are important to you. Typically, planners use this as a starting point for their own timelines.

Don’t worry about a thing — we have you covered. We will be with you throughout every moment as a reassuring presence, documenting your day with genuine intention and care. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Once you’re settling into married life, about 4-6 weeks after the big day, you will receive your images via an online gallery, perfect for sharing with friends and family. This gallery is designed to make your life easier — allowing loved ones to purchase prints directly from the platform. We will then discuss the design of your first family heirloom, your wedding album! A tangible reminder of the happiest day of your life.

I love the opportunity to speak with my clients before booking to get to know them a little better. Before this meeting, I am happy to share full wedding day galleries for their review. During this time, we will discuss our collection offerings and what is best suited for your event.

Absolutely! Whether in our home-state of Georgia, the harbors of Maine, or beyond the US – our bags (and passports!) are packed and ready to accompany you to any destination you might desire.

Absolutely! I send a detailed questionnaire 8-10 weeks prior to the wedding to collect important information – ranging from family members to family heirlooms of special significance. From there, I’ll create a thorough photography timeline to share with your planner and other vendors. This way, you won’t have to worry about a thing on the big day, other than saying your vows.

The resounding feedback I’ve received from my clients is that they appreciate my ability to ease into the day like an old family friend – effortlessly navigating family dynamics, providing genuine encouragement and subtle direction, all while capturing moments that they otherwise would have missed or forgotten. Having photographed hundreds of weddings, I’ve mastered the art of light and composition, as well as the ability to form honest connections with my clients.

Every day is different, but a good rule of thumb is 75 images per hour of coverage.

Clients are invited to pay online via ACH (e-check) for ease and efficiency.
