Sarah Abney + David’s Eufaula, Alabama wedding at Shorter Mansion was SUCH a fun and beautiful day!

Sarah Abney and her bridesmaids had their hair and makeup done at Salon 216 before making their way to Shorter Mansion to get dressed.

Sarah Abney wore a gorgeous gown with beads and lace by Morilee, purchased at I Do Bridal, and her bridesmaids wore sage green floor-length dresses. This group was so fun and sweet and it was easy to see why Sarah Abney chose them to stand by her side!

David and his groomsmen wore white dinner jackets and looked quite dapper.

Sarah Abney and David shared a first look outside of St. James Episcopal Church. The church was absolutely stunning – the creeping fig and arches made me feel like I was in Europe!

Before the ceremony, Sarah Abney’s bridesmaids prayed over her and it was such a sweet sight.

After the ceremony, guests walked across the street to Shorter Mansion for a beautiful celebration. Jamie Keating of JK Signature Events went all out — every edible item was presented so uniquely and, as always, it was AMAZING! Jamie’s food is always my absolute favorite.

After Sarah Abney + David shared their first dance, her dad broke in and they danced to “Country Roads, Take Me Home.” I normally don’t get goosebumps during father-daughter dances, but this one was different. EVERY guest began singing the song as they danced and it was so moving and special!

Soon after, USA Band took the stage and… oh my goodness. Never in my life. They were OUT OF THIS WORLD! It truly felt like we were at a rock concert (an amazing one, at that!) and Sarah Abney and David rocked the night away. It was incredible.

As the evening drew to an end, they ran through a tunnel of sparklers before heading off to their honeymoon. It was such a fun day!
