Sara + Tamra // Boston Wedding Photographer

I couldn’t tell you the first time that I met Sara, because we were both tiny humans in Sunday School, and never could have known what a great friendship lie ahead. Years of church, vacations, weddings– Sara and I have spent the last 25+ (whoa) years of our lives together.

When I first met Tamra, I was taken aback by how calm and kind she was. Not because I expected anything different, but she’s one of the most serene, engaging, and thoughtful people I think I’ve ever met. Her presence alone can calm a room, and it has been such a joy and a gift to get to know her.

Sara + Tamra, together, are a force to be reckoned with. Both are social justice warriors, both are pastors of amazing churches, and both have carved out a beautiful and important life for themselves (and each other) in Boston.

Documenting their day was an honor that I just can’t describe. Despite changing plans, and wearing masks, and, well… a pandemic… it was perfect. Absolutely perfect. Their ceremony was live streamed for the family and guests who couldn’t attend in person, which was a gift, because it was one of the most beautiful ceremonies I’ve ever witnessed. Fitting for two of the most amazing people I know.

Sara + Tamra, thank you so much for this honor. I love you both and I’m so happy for you!!
