Meet Mary Lou and Duncan. They are suuuper adorable. Their love for each other is abundant, and their kindness towards each other is truly something to be admired.

Mary Lou is one of my dearest friends’ younger sisters. I also photographed one of their other sisters’ weddings (remember this one?) so it was extra special to be able to spend time with another Garcia girl!

The day of their engagement session was rainy and gloomy, but by the time I drove from Columbus to Cataula, the rain had cleared and the sun rolled in. I love the light just before sunset after it’s rained– so gorgeous.

Their engagement session was fun, creative, and sentimental– all of my favorite things.

Hearing their engagement story, it’s easy to discern that both Duncan and Mary Lou are thoughtful, creative, and have a heart for the Lord. Duncan had the verse below inscribed inside Mary Lou’s engagement ring, referencing the “pearl of great value.” Heart melting, you guys.
