Jeff + Chris’ Highlands, NC wedding at Wildcat Cliffs Country Club was honestly a dream. When I first met Jeff, I was a sophomore at the University of Georgia and we became fast friends. Never did I imagine myself photographing his wedding 10 years down the road, but here we are! I couldn’t be more honored.
Jeff + Chris chose Wildcat Cliffs Country Club during peak leaf season, and you’ll see why. Though it was a bit windy and chilly, I can tell you that it was 1000% worth it. OH MY GOODNESS, friends. It was beautiful!
The two shared a first look at Sunset Rock in Cashiers, where the view was breathtaking. They joined their bridal party at the country club soon after, and dang, these two are SO photogenic and SO in love. There is no greater feeling than photographing the wedding of two people so incredibly in love as they embark on their new journey together. It’s a privilege that’s not lost on me.
Jeff + Chris exchanged vows and rings on one of the country club’s tee boxes, surrounded by their closest friends and family, and Chris’ younger brother officiating. A stringed quartet played as they walked down the aisle, and I’m pretty sure 90% of their guests were crying tears of joy.
After they made it official, their friends and family joined them inside for dinner, drinks, and dancing. It was the most beautiful day!
Jeff + Chris, you two are the real deal. I am so thankful to know you and to have photographed your big day – cheers to a lifetime of bliss!
