When Laurie first contacted me about photographing her wedding, I was immediately onboard– though weddings take me all over the Southeast, it’s rare that I get to shoot weddings in Macon, Georgia, and a wedding at her alma mater (Wesleyan College) sounded even better!

Every detail of Laurie + Chris’ big day was perfectly planned, and made even better by the amazing vendors and awesome family + bridal party that made it all come together. Some things I was especially in love with: Laurie’s flowers (ohmyword), her cake, the gorgeous light and awesome venue, the ducks that followed us around (that I reaaaally wanted to take home) and the sweet first dances at their reception.
