Libbie + Alan // Georgia Wedding Photographer // Barnsley Gardens Wedding

Oh, friends. Where do I even begin? Libbie + Alan got married, and it was a dream.

I’ve known them both for what seems like forever– we went to a small school for almost our entire lives, and they were both a grade behind me. I played soccer with Libbie, and our older brothers were best friends. I’ve always thought of Alan as impossibly kind, and remember vividly when, while we were both going to Georgia, he pulled over to the side of the road to give me a ride home. It was pouring rain and I was on crutches. He had somewhere to be, but he went out of his way to do me a favor, and I didn’t even ask. Now that’s a great guy.

Fast forward a few years later, when Alan and Libbie started dating, fell in love, and started to plan what we lovingly referred to as a “secret wedding.” An intimate, Sunday wedding with just family and close friends at Barnsley Gardens. I photograph weddings almost every weekend, both big and small, and there really is something to be said for small, intimate weddings. They’re quickly becoming my favorites.

Libbie + Alan’s wedding day was perfect. The weather was amazing, ever detail was insanely beautiful, and I definitely cried like a baby behind my camera when her dad made the sweetest, most heartfelt toast I’ve ever heard. Truly. Even the bartenders were crying, y’all. They ran through a tunnel of their guests tossing lavender before riding off in a horse-drawn carriage. But that wasn’t the end. Our friends Katie + Trey took a wrong turn (or twelve) and found THE MOST AMAZING FIELD I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. Truly. It looked like something out of the Wizard of Oz. I asked Libbie + Alan if they’d be willing to go run through it, and they happily obliged. I’m so glad that they did, because they’re some of my favorites.

When the site is selected, feel free to register and start filling out your profile. Take this item seriously. Try to reflect your main views, principles in your profile, describe your character, what lifestyle you prefer. Separately describe your hobbies, what you value most in life, in people. Do not try to seem better than you really are, write honestly – remember kansas city hookups that there will definitely be someone who will appreciate even a feature of your character that you hate. The more detailed and accurate you describe yourself, the more likely you are to meet the right girl.

Libbie + Alan, thank you so, so much for letting me be a part of your big day. Cheers to a lifetime of bliss. I’m so, so excited for what the future holds for you!
