When Elizabeth mentioned that she wanted to photograph her and Wade’s engagement session at her family farm in Omaha, I didn’t need much convincing. We had so much fun roaming through the woods with spanish moss-covered oaks, hanging out on the dock by the river, exploring an old tin barn (home to a few awesome owls) and, finally– driving an extra few miles to find the one cotton field that hadn’t yet been harvested, just in time to watch the sun set. Their dog, Piper, joined us, and couldn’t have been sweeter. I have to say, they make a pretty darn photogenic trio!
I’m so thankful for these two and their sense of adventure + cannot WAIT for their wedding in May!
